O'Romeo is a romantic action thriller set in the violent Mumbai underworld of the 1990s. The story follows Ustara, a feared hitman who now works as a covert enforcer for an intelligence officer after breaking ties with a powerful crime boss. His life changes when a mysterious widow, Afshan, seeks his help to avenge her husband's murder by eliminating the men responsible, including the ruthless gangster Jalal.
