Parasakthi (2026) is a Tamil political action-drama film set in the 1960s during a tense period in South India when protests erupted against the imposition of Hindi as the national language. The story follows Chezhiyan, an idealistic young man who becomes deeply involved in the student movement fighting to protect Tamil language and cultural identity. His younger brother, who initially stays away from politics, gradually joins him after witnessing the injustice faced by ordinary people.
