Marvin Gable (Ke Huy Quan) leads a quaint, charm-filled life as a realtor in suburban Milwaukee. His world shifts dramatically when he receives a mysterious crimson envelope from Rose (Ariana DeBose), a former partner-in-crime he once spared but was believed dead.
Her return drags Marvin back into a violent underworld—this time led by his own crime lord brother, Knuckles (Daniel Wu). Hitmen are unleashed, double-crosses abound, and Marvin must navigate open houses turned warzones to protect his present and confront his past.
