Tiger's Trigger (2022) is a South Korean action drama directed by Lee Kang-wook, featuring martial arts legends Casanova Wong (also known as Wang Ho) and Kim Won-jin. The film premiered at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in July 2022 and was theatrically released in South Korea on March 28, 2024 .
Set primarily within a hospital, the story follows a young woman (played by Park Ji-hui) who is emotionally and physically drained from caring for her terminally ill mother. Overwhelmed by despair, she contemplates ending her life. Her path crosses with a silent, elderly man (Wang Ho), who is tending to his own ailing wife in the same hospital room. Unbeknownst to her, this quiet man harbors a mysterious and violent past.
