The Love Scam (2025), originally titled Mica รจ Colpa Mia, is an Italian romantic comedy directed by Umberto Riccioni Carteni. The film follows two brothers from Naples who, facing mounting debts, devise a plan to scam a wealthy heiress to save their family home. However, unexpected love soon complicates their scheme.
Vito (Antonio Folletto), a single father, and his brother Antonello (Vincenzo Nemolato) are on the verge of losing their ancestral home due to unpaid debts. To prevent eviction and help Vito retain custody of his infant son, Napoleone, they concoct a plan to woo Marina (Laura Adriani), the daughter of the wealthy developer threatening their home. Vito assumes the identity of a philanthropist passionate about public charity, aligning with Marina's interests.
