The story follows Gautham (Satheesh Kumar), a renowned neurosurgeon in Chennai, who is attempting to reconcile with his estranged wife, Nisha (Mirnalini Ravi), a television journalist. On the night of October 2, a meteor explosion knocks Gautham unconscious, leading him to wake up the next day to find that time has reset. He is trapped in a time loop, reliving the same day repeatedly, with each cycle ending in Nisha's death at the hands of an unknown assailant. Determined to save her, Gautham uses his medical expertise to investigate the cause of the time loop and uncover the identity of the killer.
