The story unfolds in Madanapalle, where Nanaji (Nandamuri Balakrishna) works as a driver for a wealthy estate. His true mission is to protect Vaishnavi, the estate owner's granddaughter, from the threats posed by local MLA Trimurthulu Naidu (Ravi Kishan). As Nanaji confronts and eliminates the MLA's henchmen, his past identity as Daaku Maharaaj is revealed.
A flashback transports viewers to the Chambal region, where civil engineer Sitharam (also played by Balakrishna) endeavors to bring water to the drought-stricken Sonapur village. His efforts are thwarted by the oppressive Thakur brothers, led by Balwanth Singh Thakur (Bobby Deol). In response, Sitharam transforms into Daaku Maharaaj, leading a rebellion against the tyrannical regime to liberate the villagers.
