Dr. Abhimanyu Sood is a brilliant but emotionally distant surgeon who has become estranged from his wife, Bobby (voiced by Nimisha Sajayan), after the birth of their daughter, Vedika, who has Down Syndrome. Abhimanyu considered Vedika's condition a blemish on his image, leading to the dissolution of his marriage.
The narrative unfolds over a single day, primarily within the confines of Abhimanyu's car. While en route to deliver ₹5 crore to settle a medical negligence case, he receives a chilling phone call informing him that Vedika has been kidnapped. Initially dismissing it as a hoax, he is compelled to act when he receives video evidence of the abduction.
As Abhimanyu navigates the demands of the kidnapper, he is also engaged in tense phone conversations with his ex-wife, his current girlfriend "Jaan" (voiced by Shilpa Shukla), his hospital boss (voiced by Piyush Mishra), and a senior teacher at Vedika's school (voiced by Tinnu Anand). In a particularly gripping sequence, he guides a junior surgeon through a complex operation over the phone while simultaneously changing a flat tire.
