GST (also marketed as Ghosts in Trouble) is a Kannada-language comedy horror film that follows Lucky, a man notoriously known as the “unluckiest guy alive” after the death of his mother, who sees no point in living—until a quirky group of friendly ghosts keeps intervening in his life. These ghosts, each with unfinished business from when they died during a financial crisis, start guiding Lucky and soon befriend him, giving his life unexpected purpose and even leading him to find love with Nidhi. When they realise that their unsettled issues can’t be resolved easily, the ghosts and Lucky hatch a chaotic, comedic plan involving a bank heist to set things right and help the spirits find peace. The story unfolds with a blend of humour and heartfelt moments as Lucky transforms his misfortune into a chance to help his supernatural friends and find meaning in his own life.
