As fog descends upon the Incheon Airport Bridge, a catastrophic multi-vehicle pile-up ensnares drivers—including Cha Jung-won (Lee Sun-kyun), his daughter, and various stranded civilians. Tension escalates when a covert military convoy's "Project Silence" dogs—Genetically altered canines meant for rescue—are unleashed and go rogue, turning the survivors into prey. Trapped on a failing structure, the group must battle the elements, collapsing infrastructure, and lethal, uncontrollable beasts.
