Back in Action 2025

Fifteen years ago, CIA operatives Matt (Jamie Foxx) and Emily (Cameron Diaz) successfully retrieved a powerful device known as the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) key from a former Polish KGB agent turned terrorist, Balthazzar Gor. After narrowly escaping an ambush, they faked their deaths to protect their unborn child and started anew in suburban Atlanta under new identities.​

In the present day, Matt and Emily live a quiet life with their two children, Leo and Alice. However, their past catches up to them when a nightclub altercation exposes their identities, drawing the attention of both their former CIA colleague Chuck and Gor's mercenary group, Volka. Forced back into action, the couple must protect their family and prevent the ICS key from falling into the wrong hands.​

Their journey takes them to London, where they seek help from Emily's estranged mother, Ginny Curtis (Glenn Close), a former MI6 sniper. As they confront old enemies and navigate complex family relationships, Matt and Emily must rely on their skills and trust in each other to safeguard their children and the world from a looming threat.​
