"Once Upon Two Times" is a whimsical tale of two parallel worlds—Terra and Astra—each mirroring the other in magical and mysterious ways. The film follows the journey of two unlikely heroes from these worlds, who must come together to prevent a cataclysmic event that threatens to merge their realities into chaos.
In Terra, Lila, a curious and imaginative librarian, stumbles upon an ancient, dusty book titled "The Chronicles of Astra." As she reads, she is astonished to find the story describing a world eerily similar to hers but with fantastical elements—flying islands, talking animals, and mystical beings. Simultaneously, in Astra, Arin, a daring young explorer, discovers a similar book detailing a world called Terra, filled with ordinary yet fascinating technologies and cultures.
Their worlds begin to intersect when both Lila and Arin experience visions of each other, realizing they are connected through the mysterious books. An ancient prophecy reveals that every thousand years, the barrier between Terra and Astra weakens, and a chosen pair must ensure the balance is maintained.
Guided by the enigmatic Keeper of Time, Lila and Arin embark on a journey through their respective worlds, solving puzzles, facing challenges, and learning about the delicate balance between reality and fantasy. Their mission is to find the Twin Stones of Eternity, mystical artifacts that can stabilize the rift between their worlds.
