The story begins with Raghav, a quiet, reserved man in his mid-30s, who is traveling on the Madgaon Express to visit an old friend. Raghav, a successful businessman, has been struggling with personal issues and is trying to escape from the stress of his daily life. However, little does he know that this seemingly uneventful train journey will soon become a harrowing ordeal.
Also aboard the train is Neha, an ambitious investigative journalist in her late 20s, who is on a mission to uncover a big story related to corruption in the government and real estate development in the coastal areas of Goa. Unbeknownst to the passengers, Neha has already gathered substantial evidence that could change the lives of several powerful individuals, but her safety is at risk. She is being followed by mysterious men who are trying to prevent her from exposing the truth.
As the Madgaon Express moves forward on its journey, a sudden event disrupts the normal course of the train ride. A robbery takes place inside one of the compartments, and a young woman is found dead in the restroom under mysterious circumstances. Panic spreads among the passengers as the train speeds through rural landscapes with no immediate help in sight. The police are contacted, but with limited resources and time, it becomes clear that the passengers will have to rely on each other to uncover the truth.
Raghav, who initially seemed like a passive participant, gets involved in the investigation when he becomes suspicious of the people around him. He is drawn into a tense and dangerous situation as he uncovers a series of strange occurrences linked to the robbery and murder. In a twist, Raghav finds out that he has been unknowingly involved in a scheme much larger than he imagined.
