Binny and Family (2024)

Binny and Family (2024) is a Hindi-language family drama directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, featuring Anjini Dhawan in her debut role as Binny, alongside Pankaj Kapur, Rajesh Kumar, Himani Shivpuri, and Charu Shankar. 

Set in London, the film centers on Bindiya "Binny" Singh, an 18-year-old rebellious teenager who has relocated from Bihar with her family. Each year, her grandparents, SN Singh (Pankaj Kapur) and Sharada Singh (Himani Shivpuri), visit for two months, during which Binny shares her room with them. This arrangement leads to generational conflicts, especially between Binny and her conservative grandfather. The narrative delves into their evolving relationship, highlighting the challenges and growth that arise from their differing perspectives.
