Bhediya 2022

Bhediya (2022) is a Hindi-language comedy-horror film directed by Amar Kaushik, featuring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. The film is part of Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe, which includes films like Stree and Roohi.

The story follows Bhaskar (Varun Dhawan), a real estate developer, who visits a remote village in Arunachal Pradesh with plans to construct a road through the forest. During his stay, Bhaskar is bitten by a mythical wolf and begins to transform into a werewolf, gaining superhuman abilities.

As Bhaskar grapples with his newfound powers, his friends, including his cousin Janardhan (Abhishek Banerjee), and local veterinarian Dr. Anika (Kriti Sanon), try to help him manage his condition. They soon realize that Bhaskar’s transformation is linked to the forest's mystical elements and its protection from human exploitation.
